A refreshing and vibrant summer berry punch made with fresh strawberries, blueberries, star-shaped apple slices, white grape juice, and lemon-lime soda. Perfect for warm weather gatherings and easy to prepare ahead of time.

Ingredients

Fruit Ingredients

  • 6 medium fresh strawberries, washed, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 large apples, cut into star shapes using a 2-inch star-shaped cookie cutter

Liquid Ingredients

  • 1 64 oz. bottle of white grape juice
  • 2-3 cups lemon-lime soda, chilled

Instructions

  1. Combine the Juice: Pour the entire 64 oz. bottle of white grape juice into a large pitcher to serve as the punch base.
  2. Add Fresh Berries: Add the sliced strawberries and the cup of fresh blueberries to the pitcher, distributing them evenly throughout the juice.
  3. Prepare and Add Apples: Cut the apples lengthwise into round slices, then use a 2-inch star-shaped cookie cutter to cut the apple slices into star shapes. Add these apple stars to the pitcher for a decorative and flavorful addition.
  4. Chill the Punch: Cover the pitcher and place it in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the punch to chill thoroughly.
  5. Add Soda Before Serving: Just before serving, pour 2 to 3 cups of chilled lemon-lime soda over the punch to add effervescence and a crisp citrus flavor. Gently stir to combine.

Notes

  • Use fresh, ripe berries and apples for the best flavor and presentation.
  • The star-shaped apple slices add a fun, festive touch but can be substituted with regular apple slices if a cutter is unavailable.
  • Chilling for at least 2 hours enhances the flavors; overnight chilling is also fine.
  • Adjust the lemon-lime soda quantity to taste for sweetness and fizziness.
  • Serve the punch over ice if desired.
